We service bicycles and electric bicycles, with exceptions.

 We service all bicycle brands with all manufacturing groups.

We do our best to to keep your e-bike working.  However, the off brand e-bikes often use non standard controllers, connectors and non standard wiring colors.  The fastest way to repair your e-bike is get the manufacturer to help you trouble shoot the faulty part and bring in the parts and we will install.  We charge for our time. including trying to get the manufacture to respond.  We find most of these companies try to stall and deflect and never resolve the issue.  They often respond like they are going to help and slowly drag that out, hoping you give up.  Some of the larger companies do not know what parts are on the bike the china based factory shipped out.  If they ask for pictures, you generally are in for a ride and not a good one.

We do not service e-scooters.  Currently there are no parts for e-scooters, they are disposable.  We cannot change scooter flats.  The beads are to strong to change by hand.  We have not found a reliable solution.

We do not work on Electric Motorcycles or electric Mopeds.  We do not service Mopeds with bike cranks.  We do not service DIY self built e-bikes, many batteries have been recalled by CPA and the Chinese companies have refused to comply.

We do not service electric 'bikes' that go over 28mph.  They do not belong on the trail systems with walkers, kids, dogs and other bikes and we reserve the right to refuse any work.  

Absolutely no gas powered conversions/bikes in the shop please.
